WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • Maison Shurnel is currently offering flat rate shipping on orders under $100.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 in the United States and Canada between 6-20 business days. 
  • Flat rate shipping to the rest of the world between 6-20.
  • Weight base shipping on selected items, in our product line.
  •  We typically take 2-3 business days for processing your order
  • Next-day and Express delivery options also available

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Maison Shurnel accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Maison Shurnel features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@maisonshurnel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also visit the order tracking page on maisonshurnel.com and track from there.
