 Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MaisonShurnel. The Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Due to COVID-19 safety procedures, there may be delays in estimated shipping times. We are committed to the safety of our associates and the satisfaction of our customers and we are doing everything possible to ensure both. We appreciate your patience at this time and will keep you informed of every stepin your order’s progress.

Shipping Method

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 2-3 business days for processing your order.

The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5-20 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Warehouse Processing Time refers to the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse (which usually takes 2 to 3 business days).

Shipping Time is the expected amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our warehouse and has been delivered to the carriers (usually takes 5 to 20  business days) before it arrives at its final shipping destination.

Calculating Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time

 

International Shipments 

Maison Shurnel is currently offering a number of shipping methods for your convenience, depending on the items purchase on maisonshurnel.com the warehouse the goods are shipped from and the location to which the items will be delivered  

• Flat rate shipping on all orders under $100.
• free shipping on orders over $100), in the United States and Canada.
• and flat rate shipping to the rest of the world.
• Weight base shipping selected items in our produced range

 Item availability

If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. 

Multiple shipments for an order

When possible all items to the selected shipping addressee will be packaged together. Depending on the size of the item and number of units, orders may be packed and shipped in multiple boxes.

If you ordered multiple items they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in different packages on different dates. You will not be charged extra and will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. Unless you have received an item cancelation email from us, expect that your order will ship.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight, size and destination of the items you order. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that shipping/delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. 

maisonshurnel.com does not ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also visit the order tracking page on maisonshurnel.com and track from there.

We may also be in touch if any further information is needed to verify your payment.

Cancellations

We are unable to change an order once it is received. If you wish to cancel an order, you may be eligible to do so, typically within 15 minutes of the order being placed. To begin the cancellation process please contact customerservice@maisonshurnel.com

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Maisonshurnel.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. MaisonShurnel cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, though we will try to minimize any potential inconvenience for all our customers.

Additional taxes and charges

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Damages 

We are not responsible for any product damaged, lost in transit, stolen or packages held in customs or  delivered to alternate address from what was stated on the order. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

Please double check the address you use at checkout because items returned to us for the wrong address carries a surcharge to reship.
